Designer Spotlight: BreeAnna Jae “DesiignerGLOW”
BreeAnna Jae, also known as “DesiignerGLOW,” is a talented designer, entrepreneur, and creative visionary from the South Suburbs of Chicago. What began as a childhood love for doodling clothes, coloring, and exploring art grew into a powerful journey in fashion, design, and entrepreneurship.
After years of developing her creativity, BreeAnna continued her education at the International Academy of Design and Technology, where she graduated in 2012 with a degree in Applied Science. Her journey did not stop there. She continued learning more about fine art, graphic design, business, and brand development, allowing her to expand her gifts into multiple creative spaces.
Today, BreeAnna is a mompreneur, designer, and business owner who supports others through design consultation, creativity, and brand-building services. Her work reflects passion, purpose, and a deep commitment to helping others bring their visions to life.
As a designer for the Runway of Change Fashion Show, BreeAnna has become a vital part of this movement. Although she did not initially have much experience with the disability community, she stepped into this opportunity with an open heart and a willingness to learn. She dedicated hours to researching disability inclusion, adaptive fashion, and how clothing can be designed to be more accessible, comfortable, stylish, and empowering for individuals with disabilities.
That dedication speaks volumes about who she is as a designer. BreeAnna did not just accept the assignment — she embraced the mission. She took the time to understand the importance of representation, accessibility, and dignity in fashion. Her willingness to grow, listen, and create with intention has made her a meaningful part of the Runway of Change team.
We are proud to spotlight BreeAnna because her work shows that fashion can be more than clothing — it can be confidence, freedom, expression, and inclusion. Through her creativity and commitment, she is helping bring the vision of Runway of Change to life in a powerful way.
BreeAnna’s journey reminds us that when talent meets purpose, something beautiful happens. She is not only designing looks for the runway — she is helping design a more inclusive future.
